Developing and growing with its stable stance in the tourism industry, QM will emphasise the importance of ‘quality’ and ‘light’ in its 14th year. Organised traditionally every year by GM Tourism and Management Magazine, QM Awards proudly bears the importance of being Turkey’s ‘Most Comprehensive Tourism Awards’.

The ‘Quality Management Awards’, which will be held for the 14th time this year, has the mission of serving Turkish Tourism by appreciating and encouraging Turkey’s tourism professionals, investments, investors, tour operators, agencies, individuals, institutions and private businesses.

QM presents all sector stakeholders who have completed the branding process, adopted a sustainable management style, successfully represent Turkey, continue to provide added value to their country and sector, and have made this a principle, to the evaluation of all sector professionals.

QM, which was first organised by GM Tourism and Management Magazine in 2006 and has been transformed into a major ceremony since 2010, is committed to raising awareness and being a pioneer in awakening the perfectionist spirit of the tourism industry. QM Tourism Quality Management Award Ceremony will bring together the stakeholders of the tourism industry and the corporate companies serving the sector through the award night, reinforce the power of unity and solidarity and celebrate the common success of Turkish tourism.

Our aim is to carry QM and the role model brands of the tourism industry, which are the pride of Turkey, to the international arena with a great synergy.

Two Stage Voting System

The ‘Quality Management’ awards, which start with voting via www.qmawards.com and www.gmdergi.com websites, find their owners according to the results of two-stage voting.

In the first voting, general candidates are presented to the public. Participants can vote for the existing candidates here, as well as the companies they want to be included in the voting by writing in the suggestion section.

According to the votes received by the candidates, a new list is created by selecting the most voted and most recommended companies. The candidates in the new list are voted again.

QM voting, which is carried out with the participation of tourism professionals, employees, members and investors, starts with the voting link sent to the tourism industry via e-mail and posted on www.qmawards.com and www.gmdergi.com websites. The final candidates are evaluated and the winners are determined.

52 Awards in 11 Different Categories

Last year’s QM awards were determined after two-stage voting with 110,000 tourism professionals visiting the voting page and the awards were presented to their owners at a magnificent ceremony.

This year, QM awards will be given in 52 different categories in 10 branches, and an exciting race will take place with two-stage voting. Only the ‘best’ will win the QM awards.

This Year’s Slogan ‘Quality is the Light’

QM Awards, which makes it its mission to create awareness in the tourism sector, has set a new slogan for itself this year as it does every year. In its 14th year, QM has emphasised the importance of quality in illuminating the path to success, and with this year’s slogan ‘Quality is the light’, QM wants to draw attention to the fact that quality is the light of tourism.
